Struer for children

Struer Museum is a state-recognized, cultural-historical museum responsible for the recent cultural history in Struer Municipality. The museum has a special interest in sound and listening, which is reflected in its various activities and exhibitions.

Oddesund Bridge – Linking Thyholm with the mainland
Built in the 1930s, the Oddesund Bridge spans the Limfjord, connecting Thyholm with the mainland near Struer. At 490 meters long, it carries both rail and road traffic and stands as a remarkable example of Danish engineering.

Bredalsvig Beach/Humlum Fishing Village - Struer: East of Humlum, near Humlum Fiskerleje & Camping, you will find the idyllic Humlum Fishing Village with charming old fishermen's houses. In front of the typical Swedish-red fishermen's houses, where fishing used to take place, there is now a lovely child-friendly sandy beach. At the fishing village, there is a shop connected to the campsite where you can buy ice cream, beer, water, and groceries.
